​Founded in 2022 by Jordan Furman, Ascent Holdings is a real estate investment and consulting firm based in El Paso, Texas. Ascent is focused on obtaining partnerships that result in superior management to provide investors, partners, and clients with attractive risk-adjusted returns. 

 

Prior to the formation of Ascent Holdings and its holdings, Jordan worked for The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHC) where he played a key role in numerous large-scale developments in primary and secondary markets throughout the U.S. Jordan also had responsibility for the successful operation of multifamily, retail, and office assets valued at over $1 billion.
